ORION Images supports an efficient R&D and manufacturing capability which enables us to control the quality of our products every step
of the way. We respond quickly to market needs with new products, designed and developed by our local in-house engineering and
design staff. Our qualified team of customer service specialists supports our products and our customers with the absolute
best service possible.
LCD DISPLAY MONITORS LIMITED THREE-YEAR WARRANTY
Products purchased as of September 13, 2013 will come with a limited 3-year warranty(USA). Certain products are exempt and some restrictions apply. ORION Images Corporation warrants its’ LCD Display monitors to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term is 3 years beginning on the date of receiving our product, as further described in the following text.
ORION Images will, at our option, repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to ORION Images’ facility. To request
warranty service, you must call ORION Images’ Customer Service at (714) 766-6300, ext 121 within the warranty period. If warranty service is
required, ORION Images will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship the products back to ORION Images in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges and ensure the shipment or accept the risk of loss of damage during shipment. ORION Images will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the continental U.S. or Canada, where applicable.
Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect. The return for replacement or credit period is 30 days after the purchase.
Purchase date is based when the customer receives our product.
This warranty does not cover :
- 1.Damage due to shipping and external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not
authorized by ORION Images, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required prevent maintenance,
problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by ORION Images, act of God, tampering or normal wear and tear. - 2.Products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed
- 3.Products purchased outside the United States and Canada
ORION Images MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE STATED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ORION Images DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ORION IMAGES’ RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION).
ORION Images DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE.
SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTION) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PROCESSIDING EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
These provisions apply only to the 2-year limited warranty provided by ORION Images. For provisions of any service contract covering your systems, refer to the separate service contract that you will receive.
If ORION Images elects to exchange a product or portion of a product, the exchange will be made in accordance with ORION Images’ Exchange Policy in effect on the date of the exchange.
